Welcome to the 5th edition of The Art of Italicus Aperitivo Challenge.
This global bartending challenge consists of an online application, national heats and a Global Final which will be held in May 2023.

Create an original aperitivo cocktail inspired by any form of art (using min 40ml or 1.5 oz ITALICUS Rosolio di Bergamotto) including a sustainable ingredient/garnish.
Submit your original recipe and a photo of the cocktail for the chance to progress to the National final. Successful applicants will be notified by the end of March 2023.

If you are selected to take part in the National Final, you will receive an expenses-paid trip to present your cocktail to a panel of judges and the chance to win a slot at the Global Finals in May 2023.

If you win the National final, you will be invited to compete in the Art of Italicus Aperitivo Challenge Global Final, featuring world-class competition and Judges, a tour of the host city, a visit to top accounts, food and dining experience, travel, accommodation and Global media exposure. National winners will also receive a year subscription to Shoshin Art Club learning platform.
PRIZES
NATIONAL WINNERS will receive a year subscription to shoshin art club and an all expensed paid trip to the global finals.
GLOBAL BAR ARTIST will win a once in a lifetime trip & mentorship program with Giacomo Giannotti at Paradiso Barcelona, n.1 bar at World 50 Best Bars 2022. Global media exposure and title: ITALICUS bar artist 2023
